How are payments secured?
All payments are processed by Tebex, an established and widely used payment platform for online games. Tebex integrates with trusted, industry-standard payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe and handles the entire transaction flow. EarthMC never sees, stores, or has access to sensitive payment information like credit card numbers.
How do I cancel Premium? Is it easy?
It’s very easy to cancel. Payments can be managed by visiting the payment gateway portal using the same email you used for the purchase. It is also possible to cancel by clicking the link in the purchase confirmation email. If you can’t log in and need payment-related help, email the payment provider at support@tebex.io. What happens with the double ender chest if Premium runs out?
The ender chest will be downgraded to a normal sized one. Excess items are safe and can be reclaimed by running the command /claim.
